Question about Franchise tag

Please help clear the fog of confusion ... looks like I can "franchise" one player, assuming his MLB contract ($ value, and length of contract).

Is that correct?

And, if so, what is our Dyansty (intentional typo) league's reference for this info? What site are we using?

Also, as I understand it, I could "swap out" by FA for two more RFA tags?

You can tag any of your free agents with it that is correct
